Melanie and I went to the "big" hula competition in Long Beach over Labor Day Weekend, 2009. Heather was competing with her group. We took a break for lunch and enjoyed some shaved ice. Melanie's lips and teeth were all blue! It was a special day with my granddaughter and daughter!
